These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the Wahnsinn Wagens website (wahnsinnwagens.nl) and any related services. By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the website.

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, designs, and code, is the intellectual property of Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

4. Commission Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or reservation. All commission agreements are subject to separate written contracts between Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. and the client.

The commission price for the Wahnsinn EVO edition is stated on this website as one fixed price, excluding VAT, shipping, import duties, and local registration costs. Depending on the route agreed with the client, a commission is documented either in a purchase agreement covering the finished vehicle, or in a service agreement covering the work performed on a vehicle that remains the property of the client throughout. The binding price, specifications, and build timeline are laid down exclusively in those written agreements. Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. reserves the right to correct manifest errors on this website and to adjust the published price for future, not-yet-reserved commissions.

5. The Order Book & Commissions

The Wahnsinn EVO is built as a numbered, limited edition of twenty-five cars, produced in batches of five.

A commission is reserved by signing the written agreements. No separate reservation deposit is required. Allocation of a commission number is confirmed on signature, and the build begins on receipt of the first payment as set out in those agreements.

The payment schedule, cancellation, transfer of title, delivery and all further terms of the commission are laid down in the written agreements, which prevail over these website terms.

If the client is in default under the written agreements, for example by failing to pay or to cooperate with delivery, the consequences are governed by those agreements.

6. Delivery, Export & Compliance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery takes place at a location or port in the Netherlands or Belgium designated by Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. Shipping beyond that location, transport insurance, import duties, taxes, and local registration are for the account of the client. Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. can arrange transport on request, quoted separately and invoiced in addition to the commission price; for shipments to the United States this runs through a fixed export partner.

Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. does not guarantee that any vehicle complies with the regulations of the client's country of import or registration, including, for the United States, EPA and DOT/NHTSA requirements. Importation, registration, and compliance are the sole responsibility of the client. The written agreements contain the full terms.

7. Shop & Merchandise

Products displayed in our online shop are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or availability of the website or any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wahnsinn Wagens B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or practices of these sites and accept no responsibility for them. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Zeeland-West-Brabant, location Breda, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
